The Research Grant Council (RGC) released the 2025/26 results of the General Research Fund (GRF)/Early Career Scheme (ECS) on 27 June 2025. Within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, a total of 19 researchers successfully secured 16 GRF projects and 3 ECS projects.

Congratulations to the following colleagues who received the award this year! The awards signify our colleagues’ effort to drive research excellence and to build research impact within and beyond academia. Their success is a strong testament to the Faculty’s vibrant research culture and academic excellence. We look forward to seeing the impact of their projects in the years to come.
