Signing of MoU between Translational Research Centre for Digital Mental Health, Tung Wah College Limited and Life Course Development Research Institute, HKBU

The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, HKBU, is pleased to announce that the Translational Research Centre for Digital Mental Health, Tung Wah College Limited (TRC-DMH) and our research institute, Life Course Development Research Institute (LCDRI), have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 5 September 2025.

This MoU marks the beginning of a collaborative partnership between the two parties, aimed at exploring various potential areas of cooperation, such as facilitating research activities and seminars, exchanging knowledge and information, and undertaking joint projects.

The signing ceremony was held at Tung Wah College on 5 September 2025, with representatives from both organizations in attendance, including Prof. Daniel Lai, the Dean of Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, HKBU; Prof. Sally Chan, the President of Tung Wah College; Prof. Ada Fung, Director of LCDRI and Prof. Alex Chan, Co-Director of TRC-DMH. Through this partnership, we look forward to creating more opportunities for our colleagues, students and the general public to engage in health-related research and activities, as well as generating new ideas and insights for future health development.

We are confident that this collaboration will bring significant benefits to both institutions, advance knowledge in life course development and mental health, and help raise public awareness in these important areas.
